Andrew LIANG

With years of frontline experience in staff management and mentorship programs, Andrew has developed deep insight into the challenges faced by emerging professionals—particularly within Western corporate environments. From navigating complex reporting structures and gaining recognition from supervisors to managing interpersonal dynamics with colleagues, Andrew offers practical guidance to overcome these hurdles. He also helps individuals chart both tactical and strategic career paths that align with their unique strengths and areas for growth.

Before becoming a leadership coach, Andrew held senior executive roles across Asia in the banking industry, ultimately serving as CEO of a major multinational bank in Taiwan. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he also co-founded a successful software company. In addition to his coaching and business ventures, Andrew currently lectures at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance.
